Eligibility, Effective Date & Contributions
  • Eligibility: Available to all regular employees – both part-timers and full-timers – as well as immediate family members upon referral from you.
  • Effective Date: After the initial 30 day probationary program is successfully completed.
  • Contributions: Your initial consultation with the EAP Professional (generally between 1-3 hours) is paid by the company.  Additional counseling may or may not be covered by your company benefit plan.  Your EAP Professional will assist you in determining what additional services are covered under your benefit plan.
